At Curated Soirées, we take great care in planning, coordinating, and preparing for events. Because our work requires advance scheduling, administrative time, and the reservation of services on your behalf, the following refund policies apply.
1. Deposits & Retainers
All deposits or retainers paid to Curated Soirées are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in a written service contract.
Deposits secure your event date, reserve planning time, and may cover initial coordination efforts; therefore, they cannot be returned once paid.
2. Contracted Events
For any contracted event or service, all deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
If the client chooses to cancel after signing a contract, payments already made will not be returned, and any remaining balances may still be owed depending on the work completed or vendor commitments already secured.
3. Ticketed Events
Ticket purchases for events hosted by Curated Soirées are non-refundable within 24 hours of the event start time.
No refunds will be issued for:

Late cancellations

No-shows

Schedule conflicts

Failure to attend for any reason within the 24-hour window
Refunds requested before the 24-hour cutoff may be granted at the discretion of Curated Soirées, unless otherwise specified in the event description.
4. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this Refund Policy must be explicitly stated in writing by Curated Soirées.
Verbal agreements or assumptions do not alter this policy.
